Some tips on hiking in the mountains, and environmental protection:

• Do not wash cars in the water of rivers or lakes.
• Do not leave fires burning at campsites
• Do not apply inscription on trees, rocks, or on the walls of caves.
• Do not break stalactites or stalagmites from caves.
• Do not break the protected plants, keep intact reserves and natural monuments.
• Do not throw garbage on the mountain, keep them in a bag.
• Do not do anything that could spoil the harmony of nature, so it must be left for those who come after you.
• The trip is good to start the morning.
• Avoid committing physical and mental exhaustion that would lead to total exhaustion of the forces.
• Do not make personal ambitions and not relied on luck, you are not single in the group and can jeopardize the other group members lives.
• Do not go alone on the mountain.
• Before you hit the road, documented about the itinerary, state of marks and the state of weather.
• Follow the directions of rescue services in the mountains.
• Take the right equipment with you for the season you make the trip, and do not forget to take in the backpack the compass, 2-3 boxes of matches, flashlight and a whistle, all necessary for a signal, or in case of accidents on the mountain.
• Avoid yelling and other noises, they can cause avalanches; crossing slopes where the avalanches are favorable arrange the coupe in column, and treading in the footsteps left by the head of the column.
• Do not consume alcohol either before or during the trip, because the ability decreases effort.
• Interest at the cottage where are the nearest first aid.
• Actual distances in steep portions and steep are higher than those plotted on the map.
• You must take a medical kit in your backpack.
• First aid kit should contain at least: sterile dressings, buttocks, cotton, plaster, disinfectant (alcohol or tincture of iodine, etc..) painkillers, sulfonamide, etc.
• Pay attention to nutrition in the mountains, do not eat much before the hike.
