The environmentalists will appeal to a kind of white paint, non-toxic for the environment, which has a unique quality to reflect about 85% of the sunlight, a situation that, at least theoretically will slow the process of melting the mountain glaciers, process accelerated in recent years by global warming caused by industrial activities of mankind.

The bizarre idea is enjoying by World Bank support, the financial forum start the allocating the amount of $ 200,000 for the Peruvian environmentalists to put into practice the project. Peruvian idea was one of 10 environmental proposals, winning a competition called "100 Ideeas to Save the Planet", held last year by the World Bank. It is assumed that project implementation will take approximately one year.

The environmentalists (green group) says that the paint is completely organic, being made after an old Peruvian recipe which includes lemon, white of egg and water. Increasing average temperatures in the Andes Mountains, in the last 35 years resulted in visible reducing by altitude to the major glacier from that region. World Bank officials estimate that if we don't take urgent action the Andean glaciers will melt entirely in the near future.
