Devotii Hindus have chosen for the 10th high mountain on Earth, the name Annapurna, meaning the Goddess Crop. Today, Annapurna, unfortunately holds the record of harvest of human lives. Many consider him the most dangerous mountain in the world, considering that the death rate is amounted to 41% of climbers which are trying to climb it. Roads are in the disastrous condition, a car crash in the gap can ever end the ascent to base camp at the foot of the mountain, where the proper ascent actually begins.

Mount Annapurna

For example, the road that connects Marpha and Tatopani is considered the most dangerous in the world. Forests that surrounding the mountain host many Himalayan black bears, leopards, poisonous snakes and even tigers. Ice wall collapses and dislodging the rocks are relatively common, especially in spring. Altitude sickness put the end to most human lives. Since 1950, when it was first climbed, Annapurna has been escalated by 130 climbers. 53 climbers on Annapurna expedition paid with their life, and among them is the famous Spanish Iñaki Ochoa Olza.
