Pros

Lightweight
- seem to be a great means for lightweight purification on the go
Easy to use
- use this product as a backup in-case your filter stops functioning, or if the water is particularly scary
- fill up your bottle with 1 Liter of water, add tablet, and wait an hour... after that it's good to drink.
- just use a sharp knife to slice the top of the packet and plop into your water bottle
Compact
- the packaging is very durable
- one piece of advice is: keep them in a small hard plastic container (still in original foil)
Effective
- this is like municipal water smells, but stronger
- typically only wait 30 minutes unless the water source is really suspect
