Pros

Adjustable beam
- it has a very powerful adjustable beam and 3 very bright leds that are perfect for working around camp
Bright
- most people get the hybrid lights so they can have a good spot beam
- 3 LED's are super-bright, perfect for digging through packs and reading at night
Durable
- Xenon/LED hybrid is worth the cost in $ and oz.
- the battery lasts forever on the LED setting and the Halogen gives you that extra shine when you need to find something
- it's durable and since it turns on by twisting the lamp, there is no worry of it clicking on in your pack and wasting battery

- it does not come with the top strap

- had some difficulty getting to the xenon bulb at first, but it is simple to access once you see how
